Treatment:

Psychotherapy

Individual and family psychotherapy provides a collaborative treatment system for individuals experiencing emotional distress.

In psychotherapy, psychologists apply scientifically validated procedures to help people develop healthier, more effective habits. You and your psychologist will work together to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best.

Cogmed

Cogmed working memory training is a computerized training program designed to improve attention by effectively increasing working memory capacity.

Cogmed training fosters neuroplasticity to effectively change the way the brain functions to perform at its maximum capacity.  Once your working memory has improved, you will find that acquiring new skills is suddenly much more doable for you.

Social Skills Training

Adaptive social skills are critical for healthy emotional functioning, yet many individuals lack the necessary skills to successfully navigate social interactions.

These services are often recommended for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and social anxiety.  Our social skills programs can be provided in individual psychotherapy sessions or group seminars.
